By accessing or using Outfitted ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

Description of Service

Outfitted is a mobile wardrobe assistant app that helps you organize your clothing, receive AI-powered outfit recommendations, and track your style preferences. The Service includes:

• Clothing item organization and categorization
• AI-generated outfit recommendations
• Weather-based styling suggestions
• Wear tracking and analytics
• Trip packing assistance

Account Registration

To use Outfitted, you must:

• Be at least 13 years old
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized account access.

Third-Party Sign-In

Outfitted supports sign-in with Google and Sign in with Apple. When you use these services:

• You agree to comply with Google's and Apple's terms of service
• You can revoke access at any time through your Google or Apple account settings
• We are not responsible for the availability or security of third-party authentication services

Subscription and Payment

Outfitted offers a subscription service with the following terms:

• Free Trial: New users may receive a free trial period as displayed in the app
• Subscription Fee: Fees are displayed in the app before purchase
• Payment: Processed securely through Stripe
• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
• Cancellation: You can cancel anytime through your account settings
• Refunds: Refunds are provided at our discretion and in accordance with applicable law

By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. If payment fails, we may suspend your subscription until payment is resolved.

User Content

You retain ownership of all content you upload to Outfitted, including:

• Clothing photos
• Style preferences
• Outfit combinations
• Notes and comments

By uploading content, you grant us a license to use, store, and process that content to provide the Service, including using AI services to analyze your clothing images.

You agree not to upload content that:

• Violates any laws or regulations
• Infringes on intellectual property rights
• Contains harmful, offensive, or inappropriate material
• Contains malware or viruses

AI-Generated Content

Outfitted uses artificial intelligence to analyze your clothing and generate outfit recommendations. You understand and agree that:

• AI recommendations are suggestions only and may not always be accurate
• You are responsible for your own styling decisions
• We are not liable for any outcomes resulting from following AI recommendations
• AI analysis may occasionally misidentify colors, patterns, or styles

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' accounts
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Use automated systems to access the Service without permission
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Share your account credentials with others

Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee that the Service will be available 100% of the time. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to:

• Scheduled maintenance
• Technical issues
• Third-party service outages
• Force majeure events

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time with or without notice.

Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service immediately ceases. We will delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, except where retention is required by law.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim
• We are not responsible for decisions made based on AI recommendations

The Service, including its design, features, and functionality, is owned by Outfitted and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Service without our written permission.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service will be resolved in the appropriate courts of the United States.
